President

Chantell Mayo-Graham is a New York naïve and a Retired Army Veteran with over 

22 years of honorable service. She is a mother of three (two daughters and a son),

a guardian of three (a nephew and two nieces) and a grandmother of three boys.

Chantell graduated from Strayer University with a Master of Accounting w/concentration 

in Taxation. She is currently a Program Analyst at Directorate of Public Works located at 

Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia. Her hobbies included traveling and watching and attending

sporting events. She also enjoys mentoring young women through her nonprofit organization Crossroads. Luke 12:48, “To whom much is given, much will be required” drives her passion for community service. She is simply thankful for what she has been blessed with and in return

uses her gifts and talents to make an impact on her community.

Soror Rose M. Morgan was born in Curacao, Netherlands Antillen. Still  serving over 35 years 

in the United States Army. She is currently Senior  Non Commissioned Officer @ 80th TC(TASS) 

in North Chesterfield, VA.  Rose is married to Charles (Chief of the Fire Department in NYC., NY) 

for 19 years. Rose enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering  her time to the Food

Banks/Our Lady of Hope Residence and others.

Rose Morgan, Soror Quiet Wonder

Membership Coordinator

Iris Thweatt is a Florida native, and she retired from the U.S. Army with 26 years of service as a

Logistician in Petroleum Supply and in Administration. She is currently serving as the

Membership Coordinator and served as an Assistant Membership Coordinator, Membership

Coordinator Team Member, Mentor for the New Dawn Rose Program and readily serves as the

Community Service Representative. She is very resourceful and lives by our motto Women of

Service Being of Service because she feels as a team, she knows we will do great things by being

ready to serve and to pass it forward. She was the 2023 Honor, Unite and Mentor Awardee for Lee Iota Chapter. Her educational background includes an AAS Degree in Business Management with a certificate in Hospitality Management Restaurant/Culinary. It is her desire and passion to assist whenever needed and continue to give back in our community. She is deeply a valued team member known for making “KEY” connections by building relationships for our organization and individuals.

Iris Thweatt

Secretary

Denise Felton was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia and currently resides in Hopewell, Virginia.

She retired from active duty in the United States Army with over 23 years of service. 

She served as a 94B Food Service Specialist which is now identified as a 92G.  She

has an associate degree in Business Management from Stratford University. She

currently exercises her love for culinary catering events and fulfilling orders in 

specialty cakes/pastries.  She is dedicated to her family and friends displaying 

selfless service, commitment and loyalty. Her hobbies include dancing, singing, 

home decorating, exercising, traveling, shopping and cooking.  Her favorite quote 

is No matter how hard the past is, you can always begin again.

Denise Felton Soror Genesis

Chaplain

Theresa White-Taylor was born in Charlottesville, Virginia and grew up  in Albemarle 

County. She served in the U. S. Army Nurse Corps 30 years.   Currently, she is 

working at VA Central Office-Procurement and  Logistics Office with the Medical 

and Surgical Program Office.  Time  with family and friends is very important to 

Theresa, and her greatest  enjoyment. Helping others continues with a long-standing 

commitment of  services to God and Country.

Tammie McNealy is a native of Florida who Retired from Active Duty in the Army with over 20 years of service. She currently is an Administrative Specialist for the United States Department of Labor. She is a mother & grandmother, who loves the Lord, spending time with family & friends and traveling. Tammie enjoys helping others to become the best version of themselves and the less fortunate. She graduated from Saint Leo University with a Master of Business Administration. Her favorite scripture is Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him”.

Tammie McNealy - Soror Smooth Talker

Chief Information Officer

Cynthia Carroll was born in New Bern, NC and rasied in Oriental, NC.  She is retired from the

United States Army where she served as a 42A, 63W and 79R for 24 years and a Management 

Analyst for the Federal Goverment for 10 years. She retired in July 2022. She has a Bachelor's 

Degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters in Criminal Justice Admininstration.  Since retirement 

she started a small crafting business "Sugary Sweet Tumblers and Crafts".  In her free time she

enjoys traveling, crafting, cooking and spending time with family friends. Her favorite Scriptures

are Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own undertanding. Acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths and Psalm 46: 10: Be still and know that I am God.
